If you are an aspiring RNA biologist, genomicist, or computational biologist, we'd be excited to have you! Our lab works on projects that develop, utilize, and integrate a variiety of experimental and computational approaches to answer key questions about how RNA binding proteins control RNA processing in normal conditions, RNA viral infections, and breast cancer.
Students:
If you are an incoming or current Baylor College of Medicine graduate student, please contact me if you would like to discuss potential rotation projects!
Postdocs:
We are currently looking for postdocs to lead multiple funded projects in the lab (as well as to develop their own ideas!). Candidates should have a PhD in genetics, genomics, bioinformatics, biochemistry, or related fields. If you are interested in discussing a potential postdoc positions, please send Eric a CV (including names and contact information for at least 3 references) as well as a brief cover letter describing your broad research interests, what kinds of projects you'd be interested in working on, and your big-picture goals for your postdoc.
